The Reference 116509 embodies the discreet side of the Daytona line. Made from solid 18 carat white gold, This model offers a tactile presence on the wrist that is foreign to stainless steel models. The Oyster housing with its characteristic flanks and screw-down pushers guarantees the water resistance typical of Rolex. The bezel here is not made of ceramic, but also of white gold, which gives the watch a monolithic, technical aesthetic. The caliber
Inside, the tried and tested Manufacture caliber 4130. A high-performance mechanical movement with automatic self-winding, renowned for its precision and robustness. In terms of design, Rolex relies on a Column wheel and a Vertical clutch, which enables the chronograph to start precisely without jerking. The Parachrome spiral offers increased protection against shocks and temperature fluctuations. With a Power reserve of approx. 72 hours, the watch is immediately ready for use even after a rest day at the weekend.
Provenance and condition
