The Referenz A13050.1 represents the uncompromising tool watch interpretation of the Chronomat design language. In contrast to the often highly polished sister models of the 90s, the Blackbird due to their full-surface Satin finish of the 39 mm Stainless steelcase. This „stealth“ look absorbs reflections and underlines the military aspirations of the „Serie Speciale“. The characteristic rotating bezel with the four applied Riders bei 3, 6, 9 und 12 Uhr gewährleistet griffige Haptik und schützt das entspiegelte Saphirglas. Das mattschwarze Zifferblatt mit der roten „Serie Speciale“-Schriftzug bietet maximalen Kontrast zu den mit Leuchtmasse belegten Indizes und Zeigern, die eine authentische Alterung aufweisen können.

Underneath the solid, screw-down case back, the robust Breitling 13 caliber, This chronograph movement is regarded as the „tractor“ of watchmaking and is characterized by its high winding efficiency and ease of maintenance. This example from 1996 comes in the rare Full Set and was founded in the year 2025 a complete service undergone.
