A. Lange & Söhne Lange 1 Luminous - Ref. 101.029
Saxon icon with an instrumental character
Since its introduction, the Lange 1 has redefined the identity of the manufactory. The 101.029 model presents a rarer, technically focused interpretation of this classic. Unlike the standard models, this version features hands and hour markers coated with luminous material on a deep black dial. This configuration lends the off-center time display an instrumental readability and subtly breaks with the pure dress watch aesthetic without detracting from the elegance of the 38.5 mm case made of 18k white gold.
Caliber architecture and finissage
The sapphire crystal case back reveals the manufacture caliber L901.0 with manual winding. The dominant feature is the classic Glashütte three-quarter plate made of natural nickel silver, finished with the Glashütte striped finish. The double mainspring barrels ensure a power reserve of 72 hours, the status of which is precisely tracked via the up/down indicator. Connoisseurs appreciate the elaborate finishing: Screwed gold chatons, thermally blued screws, and the hand-engraved balance cock with swan-neck fine adjustment underscore the standards of Saxon haute horlogerie. This 2011 model comes with the complete set of accessories.
