Breitling Superocean Heritage B20 Automatic 42
Design and housing architecture
The present Breitling Superocean Heritage B20 Automatic 42 with the reference AB2010121B1A1 is a tribute to the iconic diver's watch of the 1950s. The highly polished stainless steel case stands out with its striking lines and characteristic, tapered horns. A unidirectional rotating bezel with ultra-hard, scratch-resistant ceramic inlay frames the deep black dial. The harmonious integration of the date window at 6 o'clock emphasizes the symmetry of the ensemble, while the applied indices and striking hands ensure excellent legibility thanks to Super-LumiNova.
Mechanical precision and drive
Inside the AB2010121B1A1 is the COSC-certified manufacture caliber B20. This movement is based on the Tudor caliber MT5612 and is the result of technological cooperation at the highest level. The mechanism has a double-sided ball-bearing rotor, which ensures a remarkable power reserve of approx. 70 hours. With a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, the caliber guarantees a stable amplitude and precise rate values. The robust Ocean Classic Milanese bracelet made of stainless steel completes the look and offers superior wearing comfort and durability thanks to its delicate structure.
