The 42 mm case made from brushed Stainless steel is dominated by its masculine cushion shape, accentuated by four striking screws at the corners, which emphasize its instrumental character. A significant feature of this line is the number „0“ at the 12 o'clock position, which visualizes the name of the model. The unidirectional rotating Bezel blends seamlessly into the solid architecture, while the thick Sapphire crystal the dial with its bold Arabic numerals and the Super-LumiNova-coating. Despite the bulky look, the 42 mm diameter offers significantly better wearability in everyday life in contrast to its larger 1000m sister.

Proven Swiss tractor technology

Underneath the solid, screw-down case back, the Caliber ETA 2824-2. This Swiss automatic movement is a benchmark for reliability and ease of maintenance. It offers a power reserve of approx. 38 hours and operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour (4 Hz), which guarantees a gliding second hand. The water resistance of 20 bar (200 meters) qualifies the watch for serious water sports use. This example from 2010 is presented in the Full Set offered. The condition is remarkable: although the watch has been worn, it shows no visible signs of wear - the Finissage of the brushed steel is immaculately preserved.

The Reference H24655331 is the consistent further development of one of the most iconic case designs in watch history. The striking, shield-shaped case made from polished Stainless steel breaks with all conventional shapes and offers surprising ergonomics on the wrist despite its XXL dimensions. A curved Sapphire crystal protects the dial and follows the complex geometry of the flanks. The organic lines merge seamlessly into the strap lug, emphasizing the futuristic character of this timepiece.

Caliber and precision

Inside, the Automatic movement H-10 which is based on an ultra-modern architecture. With a remarkable Power reserve of up to 80 hours, it offers far above-average autonomy. The constant Amplitude ensures precise time measurement over the entire interval. The movement is visible through the transparent case back, whereby the Finissage of the rotor and the industrial aesthetics of the bridges reflect Hamilton's technical standards. A reliable Shock protection protects the balance from external influences.

Aesthetics and details

The dial of the Ventura XXL impresses with its elaborate Honeycomb structure, which is reminiscent of modern sports car grilles and gives the dial enormous depth. The silver-coloured indices and hands are coated with luminous material to optimize legibility. Particularly striking is the red tip of the second hand, which serves as a color accent over the Rehaut glides. This Full Set from 2013 is in a very well-kept condition with only minimal signs of wear on the polished surfaces and comes on its original rubber strap.
