Chronoswiss Lunar Chronograph
The signature of Gerd-Rüdiger Lang
The Chronoswiss Lunar Chronograph, reference CH7522, embodies the neo-classicism of the turn of the millennium under the aegis of founding father Gerd-Rüdiger Lang like no other model. The 38 mm case combines Stainless steel with a bezel and accents made of 18k yellow gold. The brand-typical, Fluted bezel and the handy Onion crown are not just visual identifiers, but haptic experiences. A special feature is the authentic fastening of the bracelets using solid, Screwed hinge stays (Autobloc system), which ensure maximum safety and a technical look. The dial made from solid 925 sterling silver impresses with various Guilloches, below a fine Clous-de-Paris pattern in the center, above which blued Breguet hands circles.
Complication and caliber architecture
The technical centerpiece is the Caliber C.755. Based on the robust Valjoux 7750, it has been extensively modified by Chronoswiss to integrate the moon phase at 3 o'clock and the date hand. The sapphire crystal case back reveals the skeletonized and gold-plated rotor and the beaded bridges. The chronograph function is controlled by classic pushers with a precisely defined pressure point. This model from the year 2000 comes as a Full Set with the original wooden box and unfilled papers (blank certificate). Note for collectors: The original watch clasp in the box is missing, the Condition of the watch itself is excellent with hardly any visible signs of wear.
